Samsung released eReader E6, the new gadget that aimed to gain large acquisition from electronic book reader market. The gadget will be available in the US market this April or May 2010 with a price of $299. Samsung partnered with Barnes & Noble(bookstore) for the release of the new eReader E6 device.
The new Samsung eReader E6 specifications:
- measures 6 inches
- internal memory of 2GB
- microSD card slot for more file storage (up to 16GB)
- users can make notes in the ebook margins using stylus pen
- users can underline words
- can add audio memos and annotations
- an EMR (electromagnetic resonance) stylus pen
- able to read using text-to-speech (TTS) technology
The drawback however is that the user can not use his/her finger whenever the stylus pen gets lost.
This is the latest news on Lindsay Lohan. She has filed a $100 million suit over an ad for using her name without her knowledge and permission over E-Trade, a financial firm. The ad featured a baby tagged as “milkaholic Lindsay”. The said ad violate Lindsay Lohan’s privacy, according to her Lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia. The said advertisement first aired during Super Bowl last month. The lawsuit also includes that E-Trade should stop airing the ad.
Ovadia further elaborate that the “financial firm is using the popularity of Lindsay Lohan and using Lindsay’s name as a parody of her life.” But the spokesperson from E-Trade countered the lawsuit by saying: “Lindsay happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”

“Alice in Wonderland”, Tim Burton’s recent 3D movie has surpassed the reigning “Avatar” opening weekend record garnering a total $ 116.3 million on it’s first week performance. Avatar however has only garnered a total of $ 77 million before. Other than that, according to news, Alice in Wonderland also got the biggest opening weekend for a non-sequel and the best opening weekend for first quarter release.
I think the primary key of getting higher appreciation from the moviegoers is to see Johnny Depp portrayed the role of “Mad Hatter”.
