Nine Inch Nails (NIN) Live in Manila Concert will be on August 5, 2009 and will be held at Araneta Coliseum. The Manila concert is part of the band’s Wave Goodbye Tour this year. I’m pretty sure that lots of local fans here in the country are anticipating for a great concert from them. Some of the sponsors of the concert are, MTV – The exclusive and official music channel, Edsa Shangri-la in Manila and NU107 “”Home of New Rock” radio station. This year, Nine Inch Nail have been nominated for Best Rock Instrumental Performance on “34 Ghosts IV” and Best Boxed Set or Limited Edition Package on “Ghosts I–IV”.

“Pupil” a local and popular band in Manila and widely acknowledged all over the country was chosen to do the concert’s opening act. The band is composed of Ely Buendia on frontman duties and guitars, Yan Yuzon on lead guitar, Dok Sergio on bass and Wendell Garcia on drums,
