The recently concluded 17th Golden Dove Awards 2009 was held at the the Taal Vista in Tagaytay City. The Golden Dove Awards was made by KBP (Kapisanan ng mga Broadcaster ng Pilipinas) to recognize and to pay tribute to the outstanding achievements and excellence in the Philippine broadcast media. Among the prestigious award is the Best Philippine TV Station that goes to ABS-CBN network. ABS-CBN also dominates major awards this year.
