Alice in Wonderland DVD Release in Europe Signalled A Boycott

The anticipated movie of 2010, “Alice in Wonderland” have caused a Big Buzz in Entertainment World when Disney, owner of the property rights of “Alice in Wonderland” movie, is trying to insist that Alice in Wonderland DVD would likely be released after 3 months of showing in cinemas there instead of rather 4 months time. From the latter point, movie ticket sales will not be affected by causing a perceived notion that moviegoers would opt to wait for the DVD release instead.
Exhibitors and many other major cinemas in Europre have already threatened Disney pictures of boycott if the said DVD release in a much shorter time will materialize. These giant cinemas in Europe only wanted to make a stand against movie outfits that agreements and terms should be followed.
Alice in Wonderland movie is slated to be released this coming February 25, 2010 in 3D format in London and is directed by Tim Burton starring Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Anne Hathaway.
