Cavaliers Acquire Antawn Jamison: NBA Trade Deadline News
Antawn Jamison is the new Cavalier player the would be added in the roster. The acquisition of Antawn Jamison from Washington Wizards was made to support LeBron James in terms of scoring and it has become one of the biggest nba names to draw attention before the nba deadline looms.
According to reports, the CAVS made the deal to trade center Zydrunas Ilgausakas, a first-round draft pick, and draft rights to Emil Preldzic in the three-team trade that also involved the Los Angeles Clippers.
The CaVS have also acquired the service of NBA guard Sebastian Telfair from the LA Clippers, moving Al Thornton and Brian Skinner to Washington Wizards’roster.
The Clippers, however, has acquired Drew Gooden. This is the 3rd team he was traded to in less than a week time. Dallas Mavericks have traded him to Washington Wizards recently this week.
Before the CAVS acquisition of Jamison have materialized, there have some speculations that the CAVS want to get Amare Stoudemire of the Phoenix Suns. Up to now I think Miami Heat could be the perfect team to land Stoudemire before the trade deadline.
