Actor Dennis Trillo, 28-year-old is the recent cover of Men’s Health Philippine magazine for the month of February 2010 issue. Most people will noticed that he has now a leaner physique than before. Dennis first graced the cover of Men’s Health Philippines magazine way back October 2007.
In an interview, he said that he prepared for this cover that’s why he is into Yaw-yan (Sayaw ng Kamatayan) and MMA (mixed martial arts) recently. He further explained that he participates in such activities because he wants to stay healthy and to avoid unwanted sickness.
