Lindsay Lohan Places A $100-Million Suit Over E-Trade

This is the latest news on Lindsay Lohan. She has filed a $100 million suit over an ad for using her name without her knowledge and permission over E-Trade, a financial firm. The ad featured a baby tagged as “milkaholic Lindsay”. The said ad violate Lindsay Lohan’s privacy, according to her Lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia. The said advertisement first aired during Super Bowl last month. The lawsuit also includes that E-Trade should stop airing the ad.
Ovadia further elaborate that the “financial firm is using the popularity of Lindsay Lohan and using Lindsay’s name as a parody of her life.” But the spokesperson from E-Trade countered the lawsuit by saying: “Lindsay happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”
