Nancy Benoit Hustler pics case is once again became the hottest topic when the United States Supreme Court ruled out that Nancy Benoit can now file a lawsuit against Hustler Magazine for publishing the nude images of her. US Supreme Court have reversed the previous ruling made by the previous federal judge about the case.
It was known that in 2008, the Hustler Magazine won the federal judge ruling when the said magazine publication was stated to have the rights to publish the nude photos because of having “legitimate matter of public interest and concern”.
