Lindsay Lohan should wear an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet. That is according to Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel. She also ordered that Lohan should take a weekly drug testing in LA.
Revel was upset when Lohan failed to attend a scheduled court hearing last week. She also learned that Lindsay Lohan has attended the recently concluded Cannes Film Festival 2010.
What is Alcohol Monitoring Ankle Bracelet? As the name implies, the device will prompt a signal when the person wearing it has been drinking and will transmit a signal to the company who monitors it. That way it will be much easier to see if Lohan has been drinking alcohol.
Shawn Chapman Holley, Lohan’s lawyer, has already asked the ruling judge if the sanctions could be lighten up because his client will need to shoot a new film in Texas. But Holley failed to get an approval for his petition.
