In Quebec, Canada there are about 50 reported wildfires that hit the area and fear of hitting New England is being feared. This is because strong winds could steer the blazing forest fires toward New England. These Quebec fires have created a large smoky haze that covered large area.
Kemptville and Merrickville are being affected by the smoke and the haze created by the Quebec fires. People near the vicinity of fires are being evacuated to keep them safe.
