Vice Ganda vs Tado on Showtime has created a web buzz when the controversial comments between them aired last Monday May 24, 2010 have been watched live in Showtime. It easily scattered thru many video sharing sites such as YouTube.
Tado, being the newest guest judge in ABS-CBN’s top rating program Showtime, has been giving his reactions/comments to the contestants but included his two cents about gays and relating them to the contestants. He even called out Vice Ganda to read the text written on his shirt.
That’s what signaled the tension inside the studio and Vice Ganda has been very vocal about his thoughts about Tado’s comments on gays. After the show: Vice Ganda updated his FB fanpage with: “I am deeply appalled by Tado’s obnoxious remark about gay people in Showtime today!! I am GAY! and I’m very proud to be GAY! and as one I will not allow anyone to disrespect me and the rest of the gay community for our preference!”
