Happy National Running Day! It is the second annual National Running Day being organized by various national running organizations. Some of them is Twin Cities In Motion.
While running promotes good health, many of us doesn’t even bother to try it or having a hard time to meet or make a schedule getting this type of exercise done.

There are some key benefits that we can get in running or for being a runner. Worth mentioning is the improvement of cardiovascular health, running can slow down the aging process and it is known to promote improved coordination.
