President Noynoy Aquino‘s list of cabinet members has been disclosed to the public thru a press conference. Some of the cabinet member were close ties with the Aquino family and some of them are serving in the government for many years now. These appointed people will share the 6 year term with P-Noy and hopefully they will share a common goal in that span of time.
The appointed Executive Secretary or sometimes called as “The Little President” is Atty. Paquito Ochoa. Being in that high position in the cabinet, he has the power to sign important papers because he also represents the Philippine President himself.

However, the position for DILG is vacant at the moment and P-noy himself will take the responsibility of handling the DILG department until there’s someone who gets appointed.
