Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) welcomes it’s new chairman in the presence of Atty. Francis Tolentino, former Mayor of Tagaytay City. He has served as a Mayor for full 9 years in Tagaytay. Tolentino replaces Oscar Inocentes current MMDA chairman.
Upon his arrival in MMDA, he has already ordered the cancellation of all exemptions (except for medical and media practitioners) from the unified vehicular volume reduction program (UVVRP). Do you think he will be a good MMDA chairman? IMO, I think so.
