Divorce Finalized for Tiger Woods and His Wife Elin Nordegren

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren divorce has been finalized last August 23, 2010 by their respective lawyers. Judge Pittman Biebel granted the divorce paper filed by them.
Woods, regarded as the world’s number one golf player and his Swedish wife Elin Nordegren, ended their marriage but expressed that they would still took take of their children even though they decided to part ways.
The couple released an statement saying: ““We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future. While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us”.
The divorce case was ignited when Woods was caught in a sex scandal that was revealed when he went through a car accident near his home during Thanksgiving of 2009. Woods has already issued a public apology and some of his product/service endorsements has been deeply affected.
