US Supreme Court have reversed the previous ruling made by the previous federal judge about the case.

It was known that in 2008, the Hustler Magazine won the federal judge ruling when the said magazine publication was stated to have the rights to publish the nude photos because of having “legitimate matter of public interest and concern”.
